She says, "If I have dinner at 6, I'll wait for the next meal until 8 or 9 the next morning." Kourtney also fasts 24 hours continuously once a week.
She further describes her diet by the following: "My meals contain no grains, beans or legumes. For lunch and dinner, I eat clean and fresh unprocessed foods. I eat chicken or fish with vegetables and cauliflower rice or broccoli rice. I'm addicted to chicken with zucchini pasta and salmon with fried asparagus."
