Have today, completed my first week😊 and I have lost 5 kg !! Took a lot of trips to the toilet, lots of water in the body the first day haha! Have followed the plan completely by the book, its both good and simple😊 Im not the type to follow such diet plans, but this time it has gone completely smoothly! Today I had my first fasting day, it also went very well😊 23 hours fasting. Im a chocolate and candy lover, so I just have to think that there will be time for that later. Im a foodie, so I try to appreciate the food Im actually getting😊 I'd rather give myself a reward later along the way. I have 20kg more to go! So I better make an effort!
