After 1 week of dieting
This is my first morning fasting, and it was a challenge. Lazy and dizzy, so I have taken it easy. Otherwise, the diet plan works well. Missed more fish in the beginning, but was told in a consultation that I could replace meat with more fish. The smoothies are magical. The whole family wants them! Have also baked the fiber bread. Was skeptical, but it tasted great! So far, the plan has worked well. And it should be fine to continue in the future.
