Hi, yes here the weeks go by fast. Everything has gone well and i have never experienced anything so good for me and my body. My starting point was to get control of my diabetes 2, i managed that easily. There have also been many bonuses in the form of less belly fat and life has gotten better in many ways. I am aware that this is a lifestyle change and much of the food I will continue to eat. I will continue with Crispybread and Seed bread. Im starting over again and will continue for a while longer. In 2009 I weighed well over 120 kg. Then i started walking every day. Later i could run and in 2015 I was slim and nice. Now i was on my way up again even though i train crossfit 2 times a week and run a little. Cant wait to try to keep my weight down. Cant wait to start eating some fruit and dairy products later when im done. Thank you for the help along the way.
