
Fantastic concept!
Been on a low carb diet before and got better then and there. But this cure is the best I have tried. Simple recipes and the food tastes good. I shop on Mondays for the whole week so everything is in house. Simple and easy 😃 weighing the food in the beginning is good! You only eat what is recommended. Fits very well for 2 people. Then you use up what has been purchased. I use to have "fever", had it for more than 1 year - 37.4 to 38.2 degrees and I use to feel really bad. In week 2 of this plan, the fever miraculously disappeared! Im now being examined for flour allergy. I never thought of it as a cause before, until this diet. In the first week I lost 3 kg. We are now almost done with week 2 and have never felt better! Got the energy back and now I exercise on days we dont fast. Goes very well 😃 Thank you very much for a fantastic program.
