I have finally found a diet that is easy to follow and works great for my weight loss! The recipes are easy to make, and each dish tastes great for my palate. Now I make dinners for the whole family, but I also make extra sides such as potatoes, rice or pasta for the rest of the family. Is a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The dishes appeal to everyone. I especially like that the ingredients are easy to find in the store. I feel much healthier than before and have become aware of how well all the greens do me, that I get in me daily. I also love having a good smoothie for dessert or snack. The hunger pangs are completely absent, and it is very nice. Fast days are not difficult to achieve when I know that a delicious dinner awaits me in the evening. Recommended!
