Lost 8 kg fast in the first 2 weeks. Then put on 1 kilo in week 3 and have been stuck since. I'm in week 4 now. Dont know if I'm eating enough, I exercise a lot, 5-6 hours a week. But I have not given up even though the motivation dropped a bit when I put on 1. But very good program, very good food, and the cravings for sweets are completely gone. I follow the plan to the letter. The fasting days go well but I have hunger feelings and sometimes my stomach rumbles loudly. But I keep working.
