By following the food plan I lost 8 kg in 6 weeks. I came into a better routine regarding food and food choices that gave the body something positive. Now I will continue to follow the plan, but I will replace some of the meat with fish. Will continue with fasting three days a week. This suits me great. Thanks! Wish there was a food plan for the weeks after that, which would make the transition ends easier.
