By following your meal plan, I lost 8 kg in 6 weeks. It gave me a better routine regarding food and food choices that gives the body something more positive. Now I will start the plan again, but replace some of the meat with fish. Will continue with fasting three days a week. this suits me great. Thank you! Wish there was another meal plan for the weeks after this one so that it would make the transition ends easier.
