I use to spend a lot of time, effort and money on making all my low-carb meals from scratch. With this diet plan, I learned about intermittent fasting which has saved me from much of it. It has been liberating both in terms of time, health and economy. Already after the first days on the diet, my blood sugar was stable, having less inflammation, sweet cravings gone and my previously constant cravings for wheat pastries disappeared. After the transition period, my chronic pain has also drastically improved. I have long struggled to lose weight even though I ate healthily and exercised, but on optimal ketosis, I lost 5 kg the first 2 weeks. Now I'm down 2 pants sizes and that is only the beginning of my journey.
