I have followed the program with some adjustments, 2 fasting days a week. Now I'm in the last week, have lost 4.8 kg, and more than halved the number of days I use to have severe headaches and or migraines before the diet. My energy level has been better than before, but far from optimal. Even with a great will to succeed, I could never imagine such a result. I have almost reached my ideal weight and am starting to plan my transition into a more normal food intake. There are many good solutions and tasty food within a ketogenic program.
