Im on Sunday in week one. Really feel on the body that something is happening. Had a lot of leg cramps at night from day 2. But last night - no cramps. Hallelujah 🙂 Notice that my body benefits from this, so I dont intend to stop using these types of foods ever. no more swollen legs, no hunger pains, no sweet-tooth. Feeling good and full after meals not heavy and dull as before. A bit faster tired after physical activity, but thats also getting better now 🙂 Lost 4 kg in less than a week.
