Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
Have you missed cookies while on your low carb diet? We certainly have, but this delicious recipe is as good as the original!
|1 dl butter, soften in room-temperature|
|0.5 dl erythritol|
|0.5 dl fiber syrup / low carb sirup / tagatose|
|1 ts vanilla extract|
|1 egg white|
|2 dl almond flour, white/blanched|
|0.5 ts baking powder|
|1 pinch salt|
|2.5 dl dark chocolate, diced|
Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions
The oven is preheated to 175 C or 350 F degrees.
Whisk together soft butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer. Then beat in the eggs. Then mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Finally, the chocolate pieces are mixed in.
Cover two baking trays with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to shape round dough balls. You do not need to press them flat because they will float out while in the oven. Let there be some space between each, or else they will all float into each other.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
