Raspberry Chia Fresca
Fresca is originally a Mexican drink. It contains chia seeds that are packed with fiber, omega 3, and essential amino acids that the body needs.
This recipe has only 2.5 grams of net carbohydrates that are absorbed by the body (slightly depending on the type of seed you use).
|5 dl water|
|0.5 dl raspberries, frozen|
|2 tbl chia seeds|
|1 tbl erythritol|
Raspberry Chia Fresca Directions
Water and raspberries are run in a blender or food processor. Add sweetener as desired.
Add chia seeds and mix further in the blender. Feel free to use pulsation to get the seeds chopped up properly.
Pour into a glass with a lid and leave in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to thicken. Shake before serving.
