Good recipes in the plan! I tried some of the recipes from the diet plan for KetoLabben, the Keto bread was lovely, the same was the crispbread and flaxseed biscuits. The chia porridge was absolutely fantastic, and today I made Ketopizza with grated cauliflower which was very good. I believe in this, after trying countless diets that I haven't been able to stick with.

This works surprisingly well. I have never been anyone for dieting, but now the last 2 years my body has started to grow a little too much for some strange reason😅 so found out that I have to lose a few of the kilos again. Came across this program and thought it was worth a try. The goal is 19 Kg down, then I would be around my ideal weight. Been on the diet for a week now (7 days) Slight fluctuations in blood sugar, but that has been manageable, almost rid of the sugar cravings, I guess this will be even better a little further on in the diet. The food is good and easy to make. I don't always feel completely full, but with a little willpower, it goes very well. Stepped on the scale Sunday a week ago, then I weighed 94,6 Kg, started the diet on Monday, checked the scale again today a week later and now weigh 89,7Kg.. 4,9 Kg down in a week is something I'm very happy with, and above all expectations. Lost 14 kg. in under 4 weeks

This is an incredibly effective cure, I lost 14 kg. in under 4 weeks. Now see that I need to have a little more food than what is in the food plan, would prefer not to lose more weight. I will continue to follow the plan with some adjustments. Fantastic program! 😀😀😀

I'm surprised at how easy it is.

It goes well. I'm now in week 2. I'm surprised at how easy it is, experiences very little hunger or cravings. I'm afraid of going on the scale but clearly have lost weight. I'm not fond of eating salads and some of the other dishes as well are not so tempting for me, but for the most part, I am very happy. I'm optimistic for the future and my understanding of healthy eating is steadily increasing.

Moving from low carb to this diet is not so difficult, but when at work, it can be a challenge to get customized meals. This requires some planning ahead. I miss weekly shopping lists, and I would prefer it if the book was in paper form. But, it works, and I'm going to continue 😀

Boring!

Boring! Incredibly boring for me! Lots of meat and a boring selection of vegetables.Very little variation of food items. The book helped me understand what ketosis is. The rest is just boring.

Fantastic concept!

Been on a low carb diet before and got better then and there. But this cure is the best I have tried. Simple recipes and the food tastes good. I shop on Mondays for the whole week so everything is in house. Simple and easy 😃 weighing the food in the beginning is good! You only eat what is recommended. Fits very well for 2 people. Then you use up what has been purchased. I use to have "fever", had it for more than 1 year - 37.4 to 38.2 degrees and I use to feel really bad. In week 2 of this plan, the fever miraculously disappeared! Im now being examined for flour allergy. I never thought of it as a cause before, until this diet. In the first week I lost 3 kg. We are now almost done with week 2 and have never felt better! Got the energy back and now I exercise on days we dont fast. Goes very well 😃 Thank you very much for a fantastic program. Have recommended the book to everyone around me who is interested 🤗

I lost 8 kg in 6 weeks!

By following the food plan I lost 8 kg in 6 weeks. I came into a better routine regarding food and food choices that gave the body something positive. Now I will continue to follow the plan, but I will replace some of the meat with fish. Will continue with fasting three days a week. This suits me great. Thanks! Wish there was a food plan for the weeks after that, which would make the transition ends easier.

Better life and less belly fat

Hi, yes here the weeks go by fast. Everything has gone well and i have never experienced anything so good for me and my body. My starting point was to get control of my diabetes 2, i managed that easily. There have also been many bonuses in the form of less belly fat and life has gotten better in many ways. I am aware that this is a lifestyle change and much of the food I will continue to eat. I will continue with Crispybread and Seed bread. Im starting over again and will continue for a while longer. In 2009 I weighed well over 120 kg. Then i started walking every day. Later i could run and in 2015 I was slim and nice. Now i was on my way up again even though i train crossfit 2 times a week and run a little. Cant wait to try to keep my weight down. Cant wait to start eating some fruit and dairy products later when im done. Thank you for the help along the way.

It's worth every penny!

At Keto Watchers, you do not pay large sums for membership or expensive food supplements. You only buy the book for a reasonable sum. And it is worth every penny! Earlier, I always had to eat breakfast as soon as I got up in the morning. Since I started on the included meal plan, I have not been hungry in the morning and can forget to eat until well into the day. My best tip for those who are new on the plan: If you happen to go on a rampage and «sin» with bad foods while on the plan, there is a way to avoid sweet-tooth and returning cravings; to fast for a few hours the next morning, just by skipping breakfast. It keeps all cravings in check so that you easily can continue on the plan.

Surprisingly good. Soon the 3rd week and the kilos "fall off". I am surprised and happy. The diet plan suits me perfectly and I feel good. I'm mostly surprised by the lack of hunger and sweet hunger, sharpened senses on all levels. Can't wait for the sequel!

The e-book is very inspiring!

From diet plan to optimal ketosis: The e-book is very inspiring. My big challenge is to get started properly with optimal ketosis. As of today, my endurance is too weak. I make good food choices, but the craving for sweets overwhelms me. Also a drained glycogen my storage. I will study the book more closely and get good advice.
