The book seems serious and is well written. I'm preparing myself to get started but I need to really mean it, not just making a half-hearted effort. I wonder:  Is there anything that can replace the mayonnaise? Am not quite a fan of it. And can I replace Stevie with the sweetener Natreen? Otherwise, I fond many tempting meals that look very good in the book. 😀👍

I have followed the program with some adjustments, 2 fasting days a week. Now I'm in the last week, have lost 4.8 kg, and more than halved the number of days I use to have severe headaches and or migraines before the diet. My energy level has been better than before, but far from optimal. Even with a great will to succeed, I could never imagine such a result. Minus 8 kilos the first week. Good recipes and very good results. Will be exciting in the weeks ahead. The goal is minus 30 kilos in 8 weeks. Starting weight 141kg. With my 2 meters height, 110 kg will be an OK goal.

I'm surprised at how easy it is.

It goes well. I'm now in week 2. I'm surprised at how easy it is, experiences very little hunger or cravings. I'm afraid of going on the scale but clearly have lost weight. I'm not fond of eating salads and some of the other dishes as well are not so tempting for me, but for the most part, I am very happy. I'm optimistic for the future and my understanding of healthy eating is steadily increasing.

Strongly recommended.

This is the best diet I have been on. Lost 9.2 kg in 3 weeks, and my fibromyalgia is much better. Have much less pain and can do much more than before I started this diet. If it's as simple as following this meal plan, then I'll continue to do so for the rest of my life. Can't wait for the continuation with good food that is good for the body. Highly recommended.

From diet plan to optimal ketosis: The e-book is very inspiring. My big challenge is to get started properly with optimal ketosis. As of today, my endurance is too weak. I make good food choices, but the craving for sweets overwhelms me. Also a drained glycogen my storage. I will study the book more closely and get good advice.

After 1 week of dieting

This is my first morning fasting, and it was a challenge. Lazy and dizzy, so I have taken it easy. Otherwise, the diet plan works well. Missed more fish in the beginning, but was told in a consultation that I could replace meat with more fish. The smoothies are magical. The whole family wants them! Have also baked the fiber bread. Was skeptical, but it tasted great! So far, the plan has worked well. And it should be fine to continue in the future.

Exciting! I have recently started and felt it's going quite well to fast until lunch every day so far. I would like more fish for dinner. but the first dinners have been good…. I hope I can continue with this. The smoothies are very good and give a good feeling of satiety 🙂

It's worth every penny!

At Keto Watchers, you do not pay large sums for membership or expensive food supplements. You only buy the book for a reasonable sum. And it is worth every penny! Earlier, I always had to eat breakfast as soon as I got up in the morning. Since I started on the included meal plan, I have not been hungry in the morning and can forget to eat until well into the day. My best tip for those who are new on the plan: If you happen to go on a rampage and «sin» with bad foods while on the plan, there is a way to avoid sweet-tooth and returning cravings; to fast for a few hours the next morning, just by skipping breakfast. It keeps all cravings in check so that you easily can continue on the plan.

Lost 8 kg in 6 weeks

By following your meal plan, I lost 8 kg in 6 weeks. It gave me a better routine regarding food and food choices that gives the body something more positive. Now I will start the plan again, but replace some of the meat with fish. Will continue with fasting three days a week. this suits me great. Thank you! Wish there was another meal plan for the weeks after this one so that it would make the transition ends easier.

Very good book - but miss fish ...

Nice and easy to read book with good recipes and good advice.. Am not very fond of meat, so I missed eating more fish the first week - but got in touch with them and got confirmation that it is possible to replace some of the meat dishes with fish. Im soon finished with week 2, and have not encountered any major problems so far. Tip if you are going to revise the book; more recipes that can be used after the 6 weeks, and that you set up an alternative to red meat. Also want an alternative to the smoothies (I travel a lot and struggle to buy smoothies containing exactly what is described - which makes me sometimes drop that meal).

Surprisingly good. Soon the 3rd week and the kilos "fall off". I am surprised and happy. The diet plan suits me perfectly and I feel good. I'm mostly surprised by the lack of hunger and sweet hunger, sharpened senses on all levels. Can't wait for the sequel!

Completely amazing

I have been following the diet for a week. Have lost 2,6 kg, want to lose 5 kg in total, but also for the health benefits. The body feels much better, more energetic and my digestion works well. Very simple and good recipes. Haven't been hungry. Had some experience with both low carb and intermittent fasting from earlier, but it's very good to now have a plan to follow week by week.

Im on Sunday in week one. Really feel on the body that something is happening. Had a lot of leg cramps at night from day 2. But last night - no cramps. Hallelujah 🙂 Notice that my body benefits from this, so I dont intend to stop using these types of foods ever. no more swollen legs, no hunger pains, no sweet-tooth. This works surprisingly well. I have never been anyone for dieting, but now the last 2 years my body has started to grow a little too much for some strange reason😅 so found out that I have to lose a few of the kilos again. Came across this program and thought it was worth a try. The goal is 19 Kg down, then I would be around my ideal weight. Been on the diet for a week now (7 days) Slight fluctuations in blood sugar, but that has been manageable, almost rid of the sugar cravings, I guess this will be even better a little further on in the diet. The food is good and easy to make. I don't always feel completely full, but with a little willpower, it goes very well.
